When you create or use an account, the app may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional Lion Member ID, Firebase Authentication user ID, account role, and saved profile details needed to provide member access.

The app may display district directory information and member photos maintained by district administrators. Secure sign-in preferences are stored on your device when you choose to enable biometric or device PIN sign-in.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide member login, show district directory content, support password reset and account deletion, manage administrator access, and improve app reliability.

The app uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, hosting, and related backend features. Cloudinary may be used to store and deliver directory images. These providers process data as needed to operate the app.

Account records are kept while your account is active or as needed for district administration. You can delete your app account in the mobile app from Settings, or request deletion through the public account deletion page.

This app is intended for Lions District 306 D1 members and district administration. It is not directed to children.
